What you'll do:
As the Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with business partners, vendors, IT Product Owners, other Systems Analysts, implementation team, and IT Developers to define and deliver effective business systems and solutions for applications. You will support applications, implementation and upgrade, perform issue troubleshooting and drive resolution working with other IT teams for the Banking Operations Support Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Support applications and their dependencies. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, administration, building, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining simple to complex applications
Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with IT developers, vendors, implementation team, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts
Participate in the Change Management process for the applications
When needed, provide training to end u and/or other IT personnel
Review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate
Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications
Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree or relevant equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in IT
Minimum 4 years' experience in application support, professional services, and/or QA
Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels)/external (to include vendors Sales/Technology)
3+ years experience working with MS-SQL or other databases
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Good understanding of Problem Management processes
Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation
Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations
MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred
PowerShell and Python experience
Familiar with networking concepts
Familiar with Active Directory, Security Groups and Service Accounts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes
Software development and/or implementation experience preferred
Experience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
12 years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations
