We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role will initially be remote until our Houston office is up and running in Fall 2024. The ideal candidate will be providing top-notch support to our clients, primarily located in southern Houston. This position requires a high degree of independence and excellent organizational skills.

Day to Day:

Provide white glove service to clients in Houston.
Manage and resolve existing support tickets, with a maximum of 24 tickets per day.
Schedule and prioritize daily tasks efficiently.
Travel to client sites as needed (approximately 20% travel).
Create profiles for local printers and devices.
Utilize ConnectWise for ticketing and support.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in desktop support (flexible).
Proficiency in Windows-based programs, including various OS versions, two-factor authentication, and printer support.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with workstation support and creating profiles for local printers and devices.
Familiarity with ConnectWise.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) preferred.
