A healthcare provider in the Medical Center of Houston is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity. Additionally, the technician will oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Technician
Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other management tools
Proficiency in reimaging Windows machines and troubleshooting outlook applications
Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system
Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and high character

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CompTIA A+ Certification
Healthcare background
