Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems and components to required specifications
  • Perform electrical calculations, such as load flow, short circuit, and coordination studies using SKM, ETAP, and Easy power software
  • Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical systems and components
  • Provide technical support to project teams and clients
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering
  • Proficiency in SKM, ETAP, and Easy power software
  • Experience in print review and approval
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
