Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
  • Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation projects.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications.
  • Experience leading complex process improvement projects.
  • Experience with SAP/S4 HANA transformation.
  • Data analysis skills, and experience applying statistical methods, SQL, and dashboard design.
  • Understanding of ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, S4 Hana) standard source-to-pay, order-to-cash, financials and payroll business processes.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Complete risk identification, risk assessment activities, and monitor risks in coordination with compliance stakeholders and recording its evolution and influence on finance project/program objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members or stakeholders to understand or identify business problems/program goals/project roadmap, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
  • Identify, communicate and collaborate with internal finance teams, functional teams and relevant stakeholders, and drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
