We are seeking an experienced SENIOR Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a proven track record of delivering business-focused HR solutions. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the growth and success of our organization. You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and contribute to the overall development of our HR function.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR support to business leaders and management teams, ensuring that HR processes align with business objectives and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support the organization's mission and vision.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide coaching and development support to ensure that employees are meeting performance goals.
  • Manage employee relations by providing guidance on employment policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Implement HRIS systems and tools, such as UltiPro, to manage HR processes efficiently.
  • Design and implement succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders.
  • Manage conflict and ensure that all HR processes are fair and unbiased.
  • Support the organization's change management initiatives by providing HR guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the organization's culture and values.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and ensure that all HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including UltiPro.
  • Experience with FMLA and other employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Ability to manage conflict and develop succession plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with change management and the ability to support the organization's culture and values.
  • Certification in HR or a related field is a plus.
