Drives program delivery on multiple large scale, large budget, long-term (3 to 5 years), open asset environment (open stores or clubs) or new builds projects to achieve project sales goals by collaborating with internal and external cross-functional groups; supporting internal vetting and evaluation processes; contributing to consultant score-carding; making consultant assignments in collaboration with key stakeholders; managing efficient resource utilization; addressing project issues and communicating outstanding issues to leadership; ensuring that project budget and timelines are met; and identifying and implementing solutions to potential program delays.

Manages total capital spend for multiple large scale, large budget, long-term (3 to 5 years), open asset environment (open stores or clubs) or new builds projects by tracking target budgets throughout project lifecycle; incorporating cost-saving measures into project plan; requesting approval from executive leadership for spending or timeline overages; evaluating and minimizing the budgetary impact of change orders and project scope modifications; approving and tracking consultant spending throughout the project lifecycle; and monitoring other functions' project capital spend.

Implements and enforces standards to control multiple large scale, large budget, long-term (3 to 5 years), open asset environment (open stores or clubs) or new builds project cost, timeline, and integration by following project objectives (for example, scope, budget, schedule); setting performance requirements for internal and external project participants; making recommended changes to standard processes to improve project delivery; and ensuring execution of standards by internal and external participants.

Assesses project risk by following risk assessment procedures and criteria; identifying significant project risks; escalating significant risks to appropriate leadership level; and managing the timing of project tasks to mitigate project spending based upon level of risk.

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
