Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee large-scale projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Qualifications:

• Background in mechanical/electrical engineering with experience in food processing or packaging machinery.
• Proven track record in project management, preferably in further processing or related industries.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Costing and estimating experience to effectively manage project budgets and financial aspects.
• FDA audit experience a plus.
• Should know Microsoft project manager.

Benefits:

• Competitive compensation: $120,000 to $160,000 based on experience.
