As a Program Manager III on the MCF team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the mechanisms that facilitate rebates and reimbursements to merchants. Your responsibilities will include creating automation and proactive processes to streamline operations, identifying and designing self-service workflows to enhance merchant experience, and defining processes to accurately calculate reimbursement amounts. Collaborating closely with the product team, you will contribute to building the right features that enable the successful implementation and scaling of Buy with Prime.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust mechanisms for delivering rebates and reimbursements to merchants participating in the Buy with Prime program.
- Identify opportunities for automation and proactive processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Design and implement self-service workflows to empower merchants with greater control and transparency over their Buy with Prime experience.
- Define and refine processes to accurately derive the appropriate reimbursement amounts based on various factors and criteria.
- Work closely with the product team to identify and prioritize features that support the successful rollout and growth of Buy with Prime.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
