Starting Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 - depending on experience Location: Lynnwood, WAClassification: Non-ExemptUS Applicants Only General Position Summary : Provide operations support to Mechanical Services Group to help achieve operational success. Provide excellent client relationships through performing customer care activities. Support the efforts of the Service Indirect department to achieve its annual revenue, margin & safety goals. Essential Job Functions :1. Develop excellent client relationships through outstanding, proactive customer service.2. Ensure customer satisfaction using highly effective operational procedures and workflows.3. Management of all non-service agreement customers and be their primary point of contact to support all aspects of service calls and repairs.4. Manage and maintain the inputting of work orders into service software and follow the process through to completion of work order and billing for assigned customers.5. Manage and maintain material quotes and ordering material for work orders.6. Manage development of quotes for all non-service agreement customers.7. Work in customer portals to provide updates, quotes, invoices and equipment completion, all data that is required.8. Provide support to create new processes & procedures.9. Be efficient in all dept software programs.10. Ensure compliance with UMC Safety Program on all jobsites.11. Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions. Secondary Job Functions : 1. Support and backup Operations Coordinators as needed.2. Attend meetings and document follow-up actions.3. Attend company sponsored events with customers. Skills Required to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job : • Proactive approach to service & client satisfaction • Understanding of HVAC & Plumbing functions. • Excellent communication skills including active listening. • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances. • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job: • AA or three (3) years customer service job experience (or equivalent) preferred.• Customer service experience required. Paid Time Off:

Eligible employees begin accruing PTO as of their date of hire and accrual rates are based on years of service. Base annual accrual starts at 120 hours/15 days for full time status. PTO is a combination of sick and vacation accruals. UMC follows the required WA State Sick Leave guidelines and employees are provided (1) for every 40 hours worked as part of the PTO package. UMC also offers (7) paid holidays, plus (1) Floating Holiday to be used within the calendar year.
