Your role:
As the Silica Global Product Manager (GPM), you will have commercial responsibility for managing the existing Klebosol product portfolio. You will be creating and executing plans for product introductions and discontinuations, price increases, global asset optimization, and project management of R&D projects. Leading or participating in projects with industry leading semiconductor companies and supporting their commercial requests are also key to this role.
The preferred location for this role is Charlotte, NC. Other US locations may be considered.

Your role:
As the Silica Global Product Manager (GPM), you will have commercial responsibility for managing the existing Klebosol product portfolio. - You will use your strong computer skills to perform in-depth sales and margin analyses, work within EMDs digital platforms, and optimize our margins and asset utilization.
- The ideal candidate uses their strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly communicate to all levels within the organization.
- You will utilize your organizational skills to manage time-sensitive action items to completion.
- Strong project management skills are required to lead key cross-company and internal tactical and strategic projects.
- The preferred candidate knows how to work effectively with US, European, and Asian colleagues to deliver results while maintaining the necessary cultural sensitivity.
The preferred location for this role is Charlotte, NC. Other US locations may be considered.
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of a BS in a technical degree is required.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a sales or marketing role in the Semiconductor industry is necessary.
- The role requires 25-30% travel, including some international travel to Europe and Asia.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An MBA is desirable for the role.
