Piper Companies is currently seeking a Product Manager to support custom software development projects across our diverse customer base. This person will collaborate with both internal and external development teams, as well as key business stakeholders to find innovative solutions and bring our customers vision to life.

What you will be doing:

• Develop a functional understanding of user needs
• Work closely with customers to define and deliver high quality products and solutions
• Communicate risks, costs, and provide solutions that help our customers delivery on projects needs
• Create, prioritize, and maintain a backlog of user stories, roadmaps, etc...
• Work with internal and external teams to identify project risks and work with appropriate teams to ensure an effective strategy ensuring expectations are met

Required skills:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience across diverse software product management approaches/methodologies
• Strong communication skills and business acumen
• Ability to work across multiple customers and projects simultaneously
