Insight Global's MedTech client is looking for a Project Manager with a software engineering background to help build out and grow their software PMO. This person will be supporting the software development aspects of medical device development for their surgical robot. This person will be joining during a large software release to help with LCM related targets, features, and feedback from customers (surgeons). This person needs to help lead the software development teams including running Scrum, handling 3 week sprint cadence, managing the backlog, and integrating the scrum into Waterfall activities, which is the methodology for the rest of the group. This person will be working in a mix of agile/waterfall depending on the release cycle. Primarily, this person will be focusing on the annual software release/update process for the robot and supporting the team to drive that through to release. There may be some budget tracking and this person will be working with software product owners, marketing, and software developers to run through the verification, DHF builds, and other processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-7 years working as a true Project Manager
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred and/or other highly regulated experience
- Software experience - not going to be writing code but need to understand how to talk to software engineering teams
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in STEM field)
- Azure DevOps or Jira
- MS Project
