We work on many high-impact projects that serve various Apple lines of business. We are seeking a highly skilled professional O9 Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and optimizing O9-based supply chain solutions that align with our business goals and drive operational efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in the processes, technical savvy with the platform, and strong leadership abilities to guide multi-functional teams in delivering scalable solutions.



Description
Collaborate with partners to understand business requirements and translate them into robust planning solutions.

Design end-to-end architecture for SC planning, including demand planning, supply planning, Clear to Build, Materials Planning.

Ensure the architecture aligns with standard methodologies and meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Own the implementation of o9 solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems (e.g., EDW, SAP, and other supply chain applications).

Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Analyze current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement using the platform.

Develop and implement improvements to optimize system performance and increase user adoption.

Stay up-to-date with the latest o9 platform updates and supply chain industry trends to ensure the solution remains cutting-edge.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BPR/Solutions Team, business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Mentor and guide junior team members in o9 solution design and implementation.

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Documentation and Training:

Develop comprehensive documentation for solution architecture, configuration settings, and user guides.

Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of the o9 platform.
