Position is responsible for the account management for Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum corporate partners. The baseline of account management is detailed execution of contracted assets; the expectation of this position is that candidates possess the characteristics to proactively assess the needs of clients and create programs that will help partners meet their desired business objectives. This position's responsibilities will be performed by the candidate as a member of an assigned strategy and management team (pod) and as an account lead on a minimal number of accounts determined by the Senior Manager.
The incumbent in this position will model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrated alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaboration with key internal/external resources 3) Ongoing self-development 4) Ongoing learning and striving to meet expectations. 5) Serve as agency for assigned corporate partners, always focusing on strategy, activation, retention, and constant communication with the partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute tasks/ projects as assigned by Sr. manager/ manager for corporate partners of at the highest level of customer service and engagement.
- Possess independent judgement to plan, prioritize, follow through and organize a diversified workload.
- Align with Sr. manager/ manager to connect with day-to-day corporate contacts to develop and deliver effective and measurable marketing partnership platforms, by managing expectations, communicating timelines, and ensuring contract fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Sr. manager/manager to develop new and innovative activation concepts, with assigned Corporate Partners, providing measurable benefit to each organization based on stated needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with Sr. manager/ manager and execute on tasks assigned to complete all assigned partners' contractual elements, including traditional media assets, digital and social platforms, in-market promotions, in-stadium activation, hospitality, experiential, and community programs.
- Manage tracking and reporting return on investment and KPI's of partnership initiatives & objectives as assigned.
- Attend and participate in weekly departmental Corporate Partnership team meetings, game-related marketing, and weekly activation meetings.
- Be knowledgeable of corporate partner's business and industry.
- Manage corporate partners' expectations on departments processes, timelines, approvals and deadlines.
- Partner with internal departments including Marketing, Social and Digital, Community Relations, Marketing, Communications, Premium, Ticket Operations to ensure partner representation and execution within these departments as needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned from time-to-time by Senior Leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 3+ years in a customer service role with a consumer brand, agency, media/sports property, or similar account coordinating position, professional or semi-professional-sports team is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be strategic, creative, and solutions oriented.
- Strong project management skills focused on organization, time management and planning.
- An interest in sponsorship sales process and strategic planning
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects as assigned.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a group of initiative-taking individuals and be an independent problem solver.
- Self-motivation and proactivity are required.
- Strong teamwork and team constructive interaction skills required.
- Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Availability and willingness to work extended hours, including nights, holidays and weekends and be on-call, as necessary.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, and other related computer skills required.
