Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management (20%): Gather, clean, and organize large data sets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation (20%): Conduct detailed statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use data modeling techniques to generate actionable insights that support business decisions.
- Reporting and Visualization (15%): Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings clearly and concisely. Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline data dissemination.
- Performance Measurement (10%): Develop and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to track progress, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication (10%): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Communicate complex analytical results to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Process Improvement (10%): Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Quality Assurance (5%): Implement and monitor data quality checks and validation procedures. Troubleshoot data issues and work to resolve discrepancies.
- Technical Proficiency (5%): Utilize advanced data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Continuously update skills and knowledge in data analysis techniques and industry best practices.
- Project Management (5%): Manage multiple data projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analysis and insights. Develop and document data processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their data needs and providing tailored analytical support. Present data findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executives in a clear and impactful manner.

Experience and Education:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of work experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience in using SQL for database querying and management.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R) and data manipulation libraries.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Significant experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders and presenting data findings to senior leadership and executives.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior analysts.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Education:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
