Job Description:

Senior Data Analyst needs 3-5 experience in a communication, change management, or brand marketing role

Senior Data Analyst requires:
  • Strong SQL Background
  • - Experience in Financial or Asset management domain
  • - Collibra exp is required
  • - Data Governance experience is preferred
  • Good understanding of Data Governance practices

Preferred Skills:
  • An understanding of data architecture and modeling practices and concepts including entity-relationship diagrams, normalization, abstraction, denormalization, dimensional modeling, and meta data modeling practices.
  • An understanding of Data Governance Practices - Business Glossary, Data catalogs, source to target mappings, Data Quality etc.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge preferably on Oracle and Snowflake Databases
  • Exposure to Governance tools. Collibra is preferred.
  • FinanciaAsset Management domain knowledge is preferred.


Senior Data Analyst duties:
  • Work with the Application Development team to implement data acquisition solutions
  • Manages large, complex projects or processes with limited oversight while working with other team members to ensure accurate findings and results.
  • Understand and translate business requirements into technical specs.
  • Define Source to target mappings, Data Catalogs.
  • Act as SME on Governance practices to help Data stewards' day to day activities.
  • Collecting and interpreting data, understand the relationship between the data elements.
  • Identify and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Filter and "clean" data by defining the data quality rules.
  • Perform Data Profiling tasks.
