A client is seeking a Sr. Database Administrator to monitor and maintain databases to meet project delivery timelines and ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data within the organization. The DBA will be a true production DBA supporting international support production by restoring, troubleshooting, and upgrading databases. Additionally, they will doing server rebuilds from SQL 2012 to 2019-2022.They will assist with performance tuning by resolving service-related alerts and reports related to maintenance, capacity, performance, and ETL processes. They will work closely with other DBA's to support product release engineers and developers with production issues.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong background in T-SQL, particularly in supporting database rebuilds and upgrades
- Familiarity with SQL Server versions from 2014 to 2022
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Fog Light
- Capable of managing hundreds of SQL servers and hundreds of terabytes of data (200+)
- Understanding of scalability challenges and effective data management
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of healthcare data (PHI/HIPAA)
- Experience in international production environments
