Responsibilities:

Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose the root cause, and make reliability improvement recommendations.

Dismantle, adjust and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals.

Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair of equipment.

Drive solutions and guidelines recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications.

Perform scheduled tool qualifications.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- Ion Implant Experience: high energy/high medium current/high current
- AMAT Platforms / Varian and Axcelis
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- High School degree or equivalent technical certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
