The Job Responsibilities
The Senior Marketing Manager for US Medical Service works across the complete US Medical solutions portfolio to execute marketing programs for Dräger Services. This includes Service for the Anesthesia, Respiratory, Neonatal and Monitoring businesses, as well as Service development for new solution areas.
The Senior Marketing Manager takes a collaborative approach to adapt global portfolio positioning and market strategies to the local US market, including business planning, product launches, field support, and market knowledge. Key responsibilities include
• Development and rollout of Service marketing strategies and programs
• Providing professional, in-depth support to the regional Sales & Service teams
• Provide regional input into the global Service Marketing Strategy
• Utilize voice of customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in service
• Driving Net Sales and Global Gross Profit (GGP) of the US Medical Service business
Drive marketing contract / non-contract activites for US Region:
• Drive Service Marketing strategies for service contracts including introduction of service contracts with new products, pricing changes and changes to contract portfolio.
• Drive service development in non-core services, including digital services, project management, clinical and technical training offerings.
Contract, Parts, Non-Contract Pricing, Training, Parts Quoting & SAP data management:
• Ensure that pricing in various Contract Quoting Tools, Non-Contract guides, Training guides and Other communication tools are updated to ensure sales, quoting teams and field teams can quote the various services.
• Quoting tool / pricing maintenance. Ensure that quoting tools work in sync with SAP data. Work with operational team to ensure SAP data is accurate.
• Work to streamline the amount of effort required to maintain the above data management.
Sales & Service support:
• Develop marketing programs to support sales engagement in selling service.
• Drive lead generation programs. Work with Marketing Communications counterparts to develop outside telesales and social media programs to support service sales.
• Develop service sales trainings for the service sales and equipment sales teams.
• Work with Marketing communications resources to develop social media programs, web messaging and sales tools.
New Product activities:
• Drive development of service strategies for new products, to include pricing strategy, warranty/contract, non-contract, parts, training strategies. Communicate new service introductions.
• Actively manage the regional service/product launches in close cooperation with the modality marketing, Sales, and service operations.
Input for the Global Service Strategy:
• Provide regional input to the global service stategies/priorities in collaboration with the Global Product Managers.
• Support Global Product Managment in defining new products and corresponding service solutions, as well as End of Live/End of Service activities.
Performs other duties as needed and assigned.
Your Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus) in marketing, business administration, economics, engineering, relevant technology field or the equivalent in education, training, and experience. Focus on marketing methods and knowledge.
Related Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Marketing or Product Management in a B2B company.
Special Competencies or Certifications:
• Relevant Service, Product, and market knowledge
• MS Office Suite
• Strong Analytical thinking
• Strong in designing profitable business plans and related Marketing plans for related application
Work environment is remote.
Ability to travel up to 20% for meetings, tradeshows or other travel as needed.

Draeger has several sites located across North America as well as field-based sales and service positions. Our North America headquarters is located in Telford, PA just north of Philadelphia. We also have US sites in Andover, MA, and Houston, TX. Our Canada site is located in Mississauga, Ontario.
Our US headquarters located north of Philadelphia in Telford, Pennsylvania is our US manufacturing site for our Neonatal product line supplying many global customers as well as production support for Draeger's Safety products. This location also serves as the key site for essential US functions which includes Medical Sales and Service Management, Medical Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Quality and Finance.
