Sr. Project Manager - Substations

Our client is an ENR top 50 program management firm. They are looking to bring on additional staff to support projects within their utilities division.
You will serve as a Sr. Project Manager in support of several capital improvement jobs for electrical utility infrastructure including substations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee stakeholders and multiple project teams.
- Coach, develop, and manage other Project - Managers for complex projects.
- Handle finances, scheduling, regulatory requirements, and public/client relations.
- Coordinate project requirements with external and internal stakeholders.
- Update the Program Manager and customers project management lead on status.
- Identify and secure project team resources.
- Ensure overall project performance, including scope, quality, schedule, and innovation.
- Communicate with the sponsor and key stakeholders on project issues.
- Review contractor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead detailed project presentations and maintain good team relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in electrical utilities construction project management
- PMP or be willing to obtain within 24 months of employment
- Bachelor's Degree
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
