Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce lead developer with 7 to 11 years of experience to manage and oversee Salesforce data integration and API projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions and integrations to support our business objectives. This role is crucial for driving efficiency and innovation within our organization.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce data integration projects to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce APIs to enhance system functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of integration projects to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and security during the integration process.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all integration processes and APIs.
  • Train and support team members on Salesforce integration best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful integration of third-party systems.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of integration processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that arise.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and integration techniques to continuously improve the integration process.
