Sr Salesforce Developer (LWC)

A large fintech company is looking for a Sr Salesforce Developer to join their team immediately! This individual will be joining a mid-sized Scrum team (1 Tech Lead, 2 Salesforce QAs, 4 Salesforce Developers, PO, BSA, Scrum Master) supporting a greenfield project geared at offering a new way for u to pick and select indexes. The team is performing integrations from Apex to LWC and would like someone with prior experience. This is a long-term opportunity starting off as a 12 month contract with possibilities for both extension and conversion to a perm employee. The team is looking for someone who is willing to come onsite M/W/Th to their local Schwab office in Lone Tree, CO. The team is looking to hire immediately, apply today!

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with Salesforce development (SF development and coding exp, NOT just configuration changes. This role will be 80-100% development with no admin duties)

2+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) *must have experience developing LWC from scratch*

Experience with Apex

Experience supporting Sales Cloud

Experience using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc) in an Agile environment

Transparent communication style; needs to be able to ask for help and solve an issue before it's the end of a sprint

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with a Salesforce implementation

Prior Financial Industry/Brokerage experience

Platform Developer I/II Certification (or equivalent)

Pay Rate: $55-70/hr
