Sr. Software Development Engineer, Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration, Annapurna Labs, ML Acceleration Systems Software
Austin, Texas
At Annapurna Labs, we are building the next generation of Machine Learning acceleration systems at scale for Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Machine Learning Platform Software Team is looking for candidates who want to develop industry leading acceleration platforms with an affinity towards efficient, robust, and highly available systems.
You will have the opportunity to develop software in a highly cross-functional environment, working side by side with software and hardware teams to optimize customer experience. You will be responsible for building scalable software systems that can be tested throughout the stages of product development including manufacturing and production. You will leverage automation, continuous integration, and fleet metrics to deploy and monitor your changes.
Key job responsibilities
You will be expected to develop software that initializes a machine learning accelerator and monitors system health by collecting sensor data, logs, and system metrics. You will design systems to evaluate performance and validation of machine learning accelerator firmware.
You will be exposed to systems software, kernel drivers, data collection and aggregation systems, power management, and error mitigation at AWS scale.
