Sr. Technical Data Manager

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Data Manager to join their team in Irvine, CA. This individual must have a strong background as a Data Manager overseeing data engineering, BI, and analytics teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data platforms and have a vision surrounding the future of the organization's data management. This individual will work closely with the Data Engineering team, and also will have BI and Analytics teams reporting into them. They will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies aligned with business goals This is a permanent role and is 4 days a week onsite in Irvine, CA. The salary range for this role is $155k/yr-$165k/yr,

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a data team
Strong understanding of technical data engineering concepts
Experience in a Snowflake environment
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience implementing Agile in a data environment is highly preferred
