Sr. Technical Project Manager (BI, Data, Analytics)

One of the largest global investment managers is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their IT Strategy & Information Solutions PMO group. This Sr. Technical Project Manager will work closely with both the application development team and business suite executives. They will need to be technically strong in data, the process of data migrations, data governance, data architecture, Power BI for reporting, analytics, and the overall SDLC lifecycle. This individual will drive end to end solutions on projects, create timelines, mitigate risks, coordinate with various groups, and drive solutions. This is a highly collaborative environment and someone who is looking to get creative, solution oriented. Industry experience within financial services, banking, finance, or private funds/asset management is a huge plus.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- PMO, PMP, or Six Sigma Project Management Certification.
- 5+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- Experience working directly on projects related to data & architecture, BI, data, and analytics (cataloguing, modeling, mapping, etc), reporting with Power BI
- Experience working on migration projects from on prem to AWS cloud
- Experience managing operating budgets, coordinating teams, identifying risks, project timelines, etc.
- Solution oriented, collaborative, and driving operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Financial service industry experience (financial, banking, private equity, etc.)
- Master's degree
