Health research is a core element of building innovative features and algorithms into hardware and software for both Pixel watch and phone, as well as Fitbit devices and software. In addition to executing research agreements, a key focus will be on navigating complex agreements, including intellectual property and regulatory considerations to ensure successful research outcomes and mitigate potential risks.

In this role, you will work with our Research and Product teams to acquire training data for our Personal Health LLM as well as sourcing go-to-market partners to create a visible and credible consumer facing health story. You will build a scaled partner strategy and pipeline across the research industry including key healthcare and university partners. Each of these critical features involves complex partnerships working with large external organizations.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage strategic partnerships with entities of all sizes.
  • Develop cross-product area strategic partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across rapidly changing industries.
  • Drive complex agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
  • Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
  • Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
