Job Summary/Basic Function

Assist students as needed on academic coursework; may include group tutoring

Required Qualifications

• Must be a current Earth Science Major in good academic standing during the time of employment.
• Must have approval from Earth Science Tutoring Supervisor (currently Dr. Marquez).
• Students tutoring must have received a B+ or higher in the course(s) tutoring.
• Must be referred by the faculty in the department.
• Successful completion of three background checks.
• Must complete 3 required clearances (PA Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, and FBI Fingerprints)
