Summary

The Intern under the leadership of their respective managers will participate in projects and collaborate with associates across different businesses. The Intern will also have opportunities to interact with other Interns and Associates in scheduled fun activities and learning events.

Responsibilities

Fixed Operations:

The Intern will support our field representatives that advocate for the 156 Toyota dealerships in the GST region. The role will support GST's vision to build a better customer experience through world-class service and parts processes. In addition, the role will support customer satisfaction goals, dealerships sales incentives, initiatives, training, and dealer processes.

Looking for students pursuing a Business or Marketing degree, or related field.

Digital Operations:

The role will support GST's vision to build a better car buying experience through a world class digital and appointment culture. In addition, the role will support customer satisfaction goals, dealerships inventory management, improve dealership processes and develop the digital purchase process.

Qualifications

Rising Junior or Senior enrolled in a 4 year Accredited College or University.

Overall GPA 3.0 or above

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid Driver's License required.

Physical Requirements

Travel Required
  • Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 20% of the time and on a domestic basis).

Intern must reside in the Houston or surrounding areas during the duration of the internship.
