A client of Insight Global is looking for a Data & Analytics Program Manager to join their team. The Finance, Procurement, GtM Program Manager will be responsible for managing / owning current & existing growth, which includes process improvement, implementation, and documentation efforts.

Responsibilities:
Manage project artifacts across the varying project phases
Monitor programs and projects from start to finish, including project management plans and schedules, scope definition and risk management plans to meet business goals
Manage cross-functional resources, align schedules and calendars
Provide program status updates, and lead high-value meeting cadences with stakeholders
Create process standards and provide delivery oversight for programs and projects
Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications
Working in project management and operational support environment
Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and procedures

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years of experience in Program/Project Management
Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes
Experience in managing large-scale programs
Agile Project Experience (experience with Jira preferred)
Ability to work cross-functionally and a lean-in mentality

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Finance and Procurement background
Sales Operations background
Oracle Cloud Experience
PMP Certification / Scrum Master Certification
Experience within Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry
