Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cash Flow Reporting, Productivity Reporting, Policies and Procedures, FQHC Accounting, Grants Reporting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dental Billing
  • Wisdom Reporting
  • Analyzed and interpreted financial and visits data via advanced excel tools
  • Analyzed past results, identify trends, using variance analysis
  • Build Productivity Dashboards through Tableau and Business Objects
  • Assist the team by writing Query's in EPIC
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts within the Data, Analytics and Product Development Team to automate data flow for advanced visualizations and custom dashboards to present meaningful data
  • Create visualizations of compelling stories from data and analyses produced by the data team, as requested by the finance team
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects at once, ensuring the most important projects are addressed timely, under tight deadlines
  • Responsible for handling large data requests and sets across multiple projects
  • Managing data quality-relevant priorities and analyzing requests to ensure the most important issues are prioritized
  • Registration

Minimum Qualifications
1. A Baccalaureate Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university; and,
2. One year of experience in business, government, hospital, educational institution or a non-profit organization in analysis, development and implementation of systems, methods and procedures, management information development and data coordination. Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing programs; or,
3. A Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration Management, Public Administration, Accounting or relevant field from an accredited college or university; or,
4. A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.
