Job Description

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assist the recruitment team with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring leaders using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
2. Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail by ensuring all interview logistics such as interview room reservations are confirmed, video conferencing links are correct, and confirmations have been received by all parties.
3. Maintain constant and clear communication between candidates and hiring managers to provide accurate and timely updates on their application status, next steps, offer guidance, and support through the hiring process.
4. Perform administrative duties including data entry, documentation generation and collection, and accurate record keeping ensuring compliance with the hiring process along with any applicable regulations and standards.
5. Positively promote Health First's culture and values by building and maintaining a positive experience for all involved during the hiring process.
6. Assist with creating and posting job openings within the Application Tracking System (ATS), career site and any applicable job sites.
7. Monitor the performance of job postings and adjust as needed.
8. Assist new hires with the onboarding process, including completing paperwork and coordinating training to ensure a smooth process for new employees and internal associates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• License: None
• Certification: None
• Work Experience: 6+ months
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
o Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
o Strong organizational skills and time management to perform multiple tasks with varying priorities.
o Ability to effectively communicate with associates and hiring managers alike by listening, understanding, and conveying guidance using written and verbal communication skills.
o Provide a positive experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and empathy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Associate's Degree
• Licensure: None
• Certification: None
• Work Experience: 6+ months
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
o Experience with PowerBI or any other data analytics tool
o Understanding of HR principles, practices and policies including knowledge of talent management, career development, employee relations and workforce planning.
o Ability to analyze data to measure effectiveness of the hiring process along with using data to make data-driven improvements.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping.
• Extended periods of computer time or at workstation
• Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
• May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
• Workspace may vary from open to confined; on site or remote.
• May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
