VISTA FTB Neighbor Experience Data Specialist

As a Programs Data & Capacity Vista member you'll assist with reviewing Neighbor Services SOPs and data summaries to identify areas for expansion or enhancement. Individual staff and team members are interviewed to create a SWOT analysis of program operations. A monthly data dashboard for each operating program within the Neighbor Experience team is developed, with collaboration from Feeding Tampa Bay's Organizational Excellence team to integrate elements from their dashboard. The team dashboard is presented monthly to the Neighbor Experience team, facilitating discussions on program improvement and neighbor experience. Additionally, an online team dashboard using Google Sites is created to centralize data reporting and SOPs for easy access by the team. Overall, the goal is to enhance operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and the neighbor experience through informed decision-making and streamlined access to information.

Member Duties : Create effective processes for the reporting, collection, and assessment of data submitted by the Causeway Empowerment Network partners to FTB's Neighbor Experience team. Facilitate relationship building opportunities with onsite Causeway partners and establish effective methods for communicating neighbor data trends and program improvement opportunities.
