A genotyping company in Memphis, TN is looking for a remote senior technical support specialist to help with the ramp up of new clients.
This support specialist will support the needs of current and new global clients. The activities range from installation and upgrade of the software, troubleshooting, to configuring the systems. In addition, they work directly with a client through a web-based portal providing assistance to the software suite.

Required Skills & Experience
3-6 years of experience in a technical support role
Experience supporting Cloud/SaaS applications.
Proficiency with LINUX/UNIX and/or Windows operating systems with database installations.
Proficiency with Windows Administration.
Proficiency with Webservers, prefer IIS.
Proficiency in Authentication; SSO and others.
Preferred of knowledge of relational databases; experience with SQL and the ability to write efficient queries.
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional technical support, both internal and external.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with reporting tools (MSRS, List&Label).
