The HR Generalist: is a temporary 12 week long assingment. The generalist will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, assisting with the background check process and onboarding requirements, coordinates new employee orientation; assists HRD with management of the annual training requirements of staff, Licensure and Security Clearance Process; promotes Human Resources and recruitment processes within Friends Hospital; is responsible for all Lawson input systems in relation to current employees and those within the on-boarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred,

• 3 Years of Human Resources experience preferred
