Test Engineer

- Insight Global is looking for a Test Engineer to join one of our largest automotive clients onsite in Dearborn MI. This Test Engineer will be responsible for managing the test project for the assigned features including integration/definition, scope/coverage, time, communications, and risk. You will develop and negotiate the testing scope and statement of work, as well as support the tradeoff analysis of test requirements vs test environment capabilities to define test scope and instrumentation strategies.

Compensation:
$30/hr to $40/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience within electrical systems engineering
- Experience in bench testing of distributed electrical system
- Experience in embedded controller networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and the use of ECU diagnostic and network communication tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Vehicle test automation experience
- IOD Project experience
