Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

As a Leader in Moderation Standards and Quality, you will be at the forefront of maintaining a safe and positive online environment by overseeing key moderation processes. You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of SOP writers, ensuring high-quality content moderation, adherence to guidelines, and continuous improvement of moderation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to fostering a community that values inclusivity and user safety.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SOP writers, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance on moderation guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and consistent content moderation. Conduct regular audits of moderation decisions, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs for moderators to enhance their skills, knowledge, and understanding of evolving content trends.
- Proactively identify potential risks and challenges related to content moderation. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Generate regular reports on moderation activities, highlighting challenges and areas for improvement. Utilize data and analytics to optimize processes and enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in content moderation, with a strong understanding of moderation principles and best practices. Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and guidelines clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
