TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design and Process Engineering leader to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing design and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality within our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and optimize infrastructure and product designs for scalability and efficiency, ensuring that designs meet both functional and cost requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain, including building design, material handling, inventory management, and logistics.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis studies to identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality or customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and reliability in launch processes and operations including developing and implementing testing protocols.
- Supply Chain Integration: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to streamline processes, improve lead times, and reduce supply chain risks.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate new technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the supply chain.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, process improvements, and performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in design and process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with process simulation tools (e.g., Simul8, Arena).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
