About the team
In order to effectively and efficiently manage TikTok eCommerce business, there are a number of internal business teams globally. Operation Products provide a wide range of product/service capabilities to empower these teams to achieve different business agendas.
Responsibilities
- Interview internal operation and strategy team to validate problems and solution approaches.
- Prioritize work against competing priorities from stakeholders.
- Create detailed feature specifications including visual designs (wireframes), and expected behavior designs by collaborating with UX.
- Collaborate closely with engineering team to define and deliver product features.
- Measure the success of the product/feature through relevant metrics and Key performance indicator (KPIs).
- Improve and automate the seller assignment process within the operation team, and drive efficiency and incremental revenue.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- In-depth understanding of eCommerce business and CRM territory management.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while partnering across organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
