TikTok Shops Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for a candidate that is highly skilled in Supply Chain/Logistics planning and analysis to join our team. This Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will be responsible for creating and managing forecasts for our logistics network and partnering with our external logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. This role includes the following responsibilities,
- Maintain and add to a forecasting process that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback, as well as continuously improving the process. This also involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts. The position will also be responsible for monitoring forecast accuracy and making adjustments as needed.
- Partner with our external logistics providers to coordinate transportation and warehousing activities. This includes communicating forecasted demand and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure on-time delivery of products to our customers.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. This includes tracking forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and logistics costs to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between demand planning, supply planning, and logistics operations.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for our constantly evolving network which will be related to inventory levels, transfers, sales, efficiency, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics-focused role or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and other relevant software tools.
