We are seeking an experienced and visionary individual to join our team as a Traffic Channel Governance Sr. Program Manager. The role will be responsible for building traffic control strategies, processes and operational tools that drive a trusted customer experience across all of the traffic channels we govern, including Shoptab, Campaigns, ShopAds, Affiliate Marketing, Video and Lives. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the US E-commerce space as a strategic thinker with strong analytical, root cause analysis, and implementation skills and a good track record of collaborating with product teams to build tools and processes that monitor, identify, and provide solutions for continuous improvement to our traffic governance strategies.

Role & Responsibilities
- Build and manage a centralized system for all listing and video traffic control strategies across all traffic channels and cross-functional teams
- Create and implement metrics to measure the success of our traffic strategies
- Build and manage an efficient escalations process that tracks, assigns, prioritizes, and delivers results back to key stakeholders
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Search & Recommendation, Algo, and Moderation to build processes and tools that support our operational requirements to effectively manage all traffic governance strategies
- Owns the process that audits, monitors and continuously improves the accuracy of our traffic strategies that minimizes both false positives and negatives
- Collaborates within our governance and experience department to support new category launches that empower healthy business growth
- Monitor feedback and user perception, continuously improving the experience on all traffic channels to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze trends to identify potential risks and solutions
- Stay updated on e-commerce compliance standards and industry best practices
- Partner with data science and analytics teams to complete root cause analysis and identify improvement areas in our traffic strategies that drive high impact to user trust metrics such as NPS, customer reviews, complaint rates
- Communicate effectively and present strategies to internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of program or product management experience in E-commerce, specifically in the US region
- Experience understanding consumer and shopping habits and developing governance and experience strategies & operational systems aligned with business objectives
- Experience building product merchandising strategies via structured data, search relevancy, and customized curation

Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree
- Proven ability to make quick and effective decisions based on extensive experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiar with online experimentation, e.g., A/B testing
