Title Support Representative

Job Title: Title Specialist
Pay Rate: $20/hr. + benefits
Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-Site)
Duration: 6 Month Contract possibility of extension.

Job Summary: The Title Specialist will be responsible for managing various title-related processes, including handling department mail, perfecting titles, completing State-to-State and Lease to Retail title transfers, and managing title corrections. The role also involves following up on title deficiencies, managing title vendor exception reports, and providing support to internal and external customers via phone or email to resolve title exceptions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing department mail.
• Process and perfect titles, including State-to-State and Lease to Retail transfers.
• Complete title corrections and follow up on title deficiencies.
• Manage title vendor exception reports.
• Provide support to customers, dealers, and DMVs via phone (inbound and outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions.
• Maintain organized records and conduct necessary research.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Previous experience with titles, particularly in a dealer/DMV setting or finance company, is preferred.
• Experience in commercial vehicle finance is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Independent thinker with the ability to complete research and work independently.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to customers, dealers, and DMVs.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams and email for daily communication.
Preferred Experience:
• Previous experience working as a title clerk at a dealer or DMV.
• Experience servicing titles for a finance company, especially in the auto or mortgage sectors.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicles.
