TRADESHOW EVENT MANAGER

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced tradeshow event manager to join the Extron tradeshow team that manages 80 events across the globe. Responsibilities include coordination of tradeshow events and in-house product demonstration facilities including designing booth layouts, preparation of packing list for events, invoicing tradeshow services, ordering of show services, on-site set up, and acquiring quotes for new exhibit properties.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• 5 years of relevant tradeshow event management experience.
• Experience designing booth layouts, preparing packing list for events, ordering of show services, and working with vendors for new exhibitry.
• Experience working and communicating with a variety of vendors including booth construction contractors, signage vendors, equipment rental companies, transportation companies, setup laborers, rigging companies, and electricians.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Expertise on Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
• Some travel required, domestic and international.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
