Insight Global is seeking a Tradeshow Operations Manager for it's event agency client. You will be overseeing corporate tradeshows from start to finish. These events typically feature 1060 hardwall, turnkey exhibitor booths and take place in hotels.

As part of the team, youll manage tradeshow contractors (such as Freeman and GES), provide strategic advice to our diverse client base, and handle onsite operations. Were looking for someone with a strong tradeshow background who can serve as the main point of contact between clients and vendors on the tradeshow floor.

Required Skills & Experience

3 to 5 years of tradeshow or related event experience working for an event management company or tradeshow contractor (Freeman, GES, Czarnowski, etc.), including planning and on-site operation

Exceptional communication skills including impeccable client interaction abilities

Strong leadership ability and effectiveness in managing teams and building consensus.

Ability to multitask various events and utilize strong time management skills.

Willingness to travel 50% of the time
