Trading Operations Analyst - Futures

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Trade Support and Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Trading Operations Futures Team. This candidate will have the opportunity to be in from the ground-up and have a direct impact on the operations of the new trading platform. They must demonstrate the ability to proactively participate in the end-to-end system testing process within a fast-paced trading environment. Candidates are required to develop a deep understanding of Business System Requirement documents and translate these concepts into automated production test scenarios.

The Futures team will be instrumental in creating policies and workflows that will persist through the launch of the new trading platform.

The Trading Operations team is responsible for all front-line customer support. It is critical that the candidate has a meticulous attention to detail in following operational processes and procedures. Trading Operations is also responsible for all client interface and business functionality testing of the Trading systems.
