This position is located in the Training and Staff Development and Performance Management Unit of the Human Resources Branch at the Sacramento Headquarters.
This position is responsible for organizing, planning and directing all areas of the Training and Staff Development and the Performance Management Units for the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet). This position is a subject matter expert for CalVet in all areas associated with Training and Staff Development and Performance Management.
