About the team
The Monetization Product Operations (MPO) is responsible for Customer Support and Tools & Workflows within the Product Strategy & Operations team. Its mission is to provide best-in-class advertising experience by ensuring excellence in customer service and streamlining processes & tools to ensure smooth operations.
The team collaborates with Sales to provide post-sales support and works closely with the product team on product improvement through feature requests and bug management.

Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing Training Program execution for our Global CX Operations teams - end-to-end execution responsibilities and manage delivery
- Support our program managers to gather training content relevant to product operations from various internal teams and XFNs
- Assimilate and design content across various delivery formats/platforms like e-learning modules, classroom-led, video tutorials, etc
- Standardize knowledge content format and manage content across our in-house Knowledge Management tool
- Coordinate with XFN teams to set knowledge-sharing sessions and manage the team's training calendar
- Support leaders in identifying, engaging, and sourcing external vendors for business/skill-related training
- Support on the execution of training needs arising from Quality Audit feedback or Product knowledge gaps
- Develop and further iterate on our Training Model framework in line with scaled operations needs across the tech industry
- Support regional tasks around issue-based routing and WFM implementation scope for our Product CX teams on agents passing out of Nesting Programs

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Learning & Development, or Training program management experience in a service industry or scaled Ad tech support programs
- Practical experience in delivering learning sessions (classroom, virtual) and training the audience
- Content design experience, able to design solid learning focussed collaterals
- Strong project management experience, and excellent communication skills
-Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with AdTech or new-age online and social media tech companies
-2 years of experience with Digital Ads Products Ecosystem
