We are looking for an exceptional program leader to help us develop new ways to inject positivity into the transportation partner experience, to create opportunities to scale impact to the communities Amazon services, and to create a business model to validate investment into these areas. The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have high judgement and follow-through, and will have a well-rounded background in business modeling. This role will inform strategic initiatives, and will require you to own programs from ideation to execution and delivery. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to project manage, communicate, market, influence and earn the trust of stakeholders, customers, and business leadership. This role will also manage a team of program and marketing managers, all partnering to make the shared delighter vision a reality.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and is comfortable conceptualizing and leading complex initiatives from end to end. You should have proven experience in strategy, program development, large-scale execution, entrepreneurial innovation, working cross functionally with operations and communication teams. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations and flexibility in adjusting programs based on learnings.

About the team

TPX's mission is simple: drive engagement, advocacy and business success among the critical functions in Amazon's Last and Middle Mile logistics networks. We do this by building insight mechanisms and delighter programs, that connect, inform, and inspire the ecosystem of business owners who partner with Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

- 7+ years of program or project management experience

- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
