Cozen O'Connor is seeking a full time Senior Coordinator to support the firm's growing HOMEBASE Family Office Practice in the Operations department. A successful candidate must be a subject matter expert in the areas of trust operations and middle office functions. They will be experienced in using the FIS TrustDesk software and find great satisfaction in numbers, accounting details, orderly and balanced books, teaching, consulting, have a strong sense of teamwork, etc. This is a hands-on position, not a supervisory or management position.
The Senior Coordinator must have a good understanding Trust Capacities, capacity-based transactions and Trust Tax consequences. As a member of the Operations Team, you will be expected to back up any position.
While this position resides in trust operations, a Senior Coordinator is expected to professionally, respectfully and effectively communicate with the firm's Attorneys, Paraprofessionals and Operations Staff. He or she must be able to manage client confidential information with total discretion.

All Operational Duties and Responsibilities the Senior Coordinator will support
- Account Opening/Closing Process
- Tax Processing
- T rade Settlement, Corporate Action Processing, Security Litigation Processing
- Custodian Income Processing
- New Security Set-up, Security Master File Maintenance
- Cash Processing
- Cash Sweep
- Daily System Balancing and Reconciliation
- Assists with Professional Development tasks as requested
- And Other Duties As Time and Ability Allow
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, etc.
- The ability to quickly understand and then master complex transaction processing is a requirement
- Attention to detail, analytical skills and organizational skills are essential
- Professional communication both written and verbal is required
- Ability to work professionally with the attorneys, staff and vendors is required
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook is preferred, Excel experience is required.
- Having a great attitude, a strong sense of Teamwork, willing to step-up to help others while also having some fun, is a requirement
