A High School Diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of experience.
Secret Security Clearance.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a military or government setting, with proficiency in office organization and management.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
Desired Skills:
Additional training or certifications in administrative support are a plus.

Essential Job Functions:
- Administrative Management Support: Provide expert advice and assistance with all administrative functions, offering comprehensive office organization support. Assist the Commander with supervisory administrative tasks for both military and civilian personnel, identifying problems, and recommending solutions with minimal supervision.
- Task and Program Management: Oversee and track the progress of task management activities, including health care, fitness, personnel management, safety programs, and more, ensuring compliance with Air Force directives and timely completion of tasks.
- Advanced Office Organization: Create, manage, and maintain databases to track office tasks, suspenses, training, evaluations, awards, and personnel processing. Ensure accurate distribution of office mail and review correspondence for deficiencies, making necessary corrections.
- Meeting and Conference Coordination: Organize and prepare meetings and conferences, including developing agendas, scheduling venues, and recording action items. Ensure all required materials and services are available, and handle scheduling conflicts by coordinating participant attendance.
- Documentation and Correspondence: Prepare, finalize, and review a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondences, reports, and documents. Ensure all documentation meets Air Force regulations and policies, is grammatically correct, and is completed within prescribed deadlines.
- Security and Entry Control: Monitor facility entrances, manage entry control, update security checklists, and support security inspections. Provide visitor log and badge control in coordination with the security manager.
- Program Management: Manage and track the Drug Demand Reduction program, Dental Program, and Leave Web. Assist in planning and monitoring manpower resource requirements, ensuring the health and status of these critical programs.
- Government and Military Systems Management: Train new military personnel in the Commander's Support Staff (CSS). Manage Government Travel Card (GTC) program, ensure civilian timecards are properly coded, and manage systems such as MILPDS, CMS, BLSDM, AMS, DTS, and more.
